My card was declined, why?

Please note that if you are shopping in a certain country store, the card you are using must have been issued in that same country in order to be accepted.

If this is the case and you are still experiencing problems, please get in touch stating the following information and we will look into the problem for you:

- the last 4 digits of the card you are using
- the cardholder's name as it appears on the card
- any error messages you are seeing.
