I am getting an error message in a yellow box stating that my purchase is no longer available, what does this mean?

If products are not seen in your locker, this will be because the music label has withdrawn the rights to retail that content from our store. This occurs due to mandatory contracts and agreements with the record companies that stipulate that we are to remove music from our service entirely when instructed to. This does mean that we are not in a position to predict whether or when this may happen, as it is entirely at the label's discretion.

For this reason, we strongly advise our customers to download their music at the time of purchase and to back up the files to ensure access to them in the future.
