Have you forgotten your password or has your password stopped working? If you enter your login details and the page keeps refreshing itself without giving a message saying that your details are incorrect, then the password itself is not the issue.
If you are unable to progress beyond the login page after you have submitted your account details, this is likely to be caused by a conflict between our service and the "cookies" that your browser uses to communicate with our service.
To resolve this, please try deleting your cookies as follows, depending on your browser:
1. Google Chrome: Open Google Chrome and to go History > then click on "Clear browsing data". In the pop up that appears, make sure that "Cookies" is ticked and "Preserve Favorites Website Data" unticked, then click on "Delete". You might need to restart your computer after doing this.
2. Internet Explorer: Open Internet Explorer and to go TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS and select the "General" tab. In the section labelled "Browsing History" click on "Delete". In the pop up that appears, make sure that "Cookies" is ticked and "Preserve Favorites Website Data" unticked, then click on "Delete". You might need to restart your computer after doing this.
3. Firefox: Open Firefox and go to TOOLS > OPTIONS and select the "Privacy" tab. Set your Firefox will to "Use custom settings for history" and click "Show Cookies". In the "Search" field of the appearing Cookies window, type "7digital". Select the cookies in the list and click "Remove Cookie" (to select all the cookies in the list, select the first cookie and press Shift+End). You might need to restart your computer after doing this.
If you still cannot login to your account please get in touch via the contact form and we will get back to you ASAP.
