Using Windows explorer:

1. go to your downloads and find the zip folder
2. do a right click and from the "open With..." options, select "Windows Explorer
3. A new window will open.
4. do a right-click in the while space of this new window
5. select "extract all"

Alternatively you can install a third party file manager which will automatically extract the files for you!
