If you are a consumer and reside in the European Union and have made an online purchase from us, you have a legal right to cancel your order without giving any reason and receive a full refund if you change your mind within fourteen (14) days of purchase (the date you receive your Email Confirmation).

Note however that if you redeem/consume/use the content or services (e.g. start downloading files or streaming music) within 14 days of purchase, you will no longer have the right to cancel your order.

To cancel your order, send us an email clearly stating the products you wish to receive a refund on. Your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. We will then process the order cancellation as quickly as we can.

If your files are defective you are eligible for a refund or an exchange for a product of a similar retail value. Please contact us via the contact form if you believe your purchase to be defective.
